Description
Add the ability to load the TMSS bootrom and display the:
PRODUCED BY OR
UNDER LICENSE FROM
SEGA ENTERPRISES LTD.
screen when launching Genesis or Mega Drive games.
For that extra nostalgic touch (unless you owned a model that didn't have it.)
