Change the default format of screenshot filenames — at Initial Version

Description
The current default format for screenshot filenames has two issues:
1) It doesn't work on Windows at all (because it has colons)
2) Filenames don't get sorted by date (can get confusing)
The suggestion is to change the default format to blastem_%Y%m%d_%H%M%S (assuming I read the strftime manpage correctly).
Major priority due to issue #1.
